// THE OFFICE

We keep the seating chart, not the spotlight.

HRF Holdings LLC is a holding-structure company registered at 616 N 1375 W, Lehi, UT 84043 — Utah County, on the Silicon Slopes corridor between Salt Lake City and Provo. This website presents our business scope: twenty organizational categories, seated around one boardroom table.

The table metaphor carries real meaning. A holding structure is, at its core, a seating problem — which entities merely hold equity and which entities run operations. Seats on the ownership side (H-01–H-13) hold; seats on the management side (H-14–H-20) direct. Keeping them visually separated is the whole point of the design.

Lehi sits in one of America's fastest-growing corporate corridors — a place where new holding structures form weekly. The boardroom-table aesthetic here is a nod to the quiet, procedural work that keeps those structures legible.

// HOW A SESSION RUNS

Six motions, one agenda.

CONVENE RECORD REVIEW REPORT FILE MINUTE EVERY SESSION MOVES THROUGH THE SAME MOTIONS — BOTH SIDES OF THE TABLE

One table, two kinds of seat.

Ownership seats hold equity in subsidiaries without directing daily operations — the "except managing" holding forms across bank, insurance, utility, railroad, and personal classifications. Management seats are the working offices — headquarters, corporate, regional, and subsidiary management — that direct what the other side owns.

// HOUSE RULES

Three rules the office keeps.

Every seat is named

If a category is in the registered scope, it has a nameplate and a number. Nothing sits at the table anonymously.

Keep the sides apart

Ownership categories and management categories are legally distinct. The seating keeps them on opposite sides of the table on purpose.

Minutes, not deals

Scope listings are informational, not securities offers or governance commitments. Anything binding happens off-Site, in writing.

// FAQ

Asked at the office.

Is this website an offer of securities or an investment solicitation?
No. The Site is a business reference describing registered organizational scope. It offers no securities, solicits no investment, and provides no shareholder, officer, or fiduciary services — nothing here forms a corporate relationship.
What's the difference between the two sides of the table?
Seats H-01–H-13 are holding-company forms classified "except managing" — they hold equity interests. Seats H-14–H-20 are management offices — headquarters, corporate, regional, centralized administrative, and subsidiary management functions that direct operations. The legal treatment of the two differs substantially.
Does a listed category mean HRF manages a company of that type?
No. The seating chart describes registered scope — the organizational categories the business is organized around — not a list of subsidiaries, clients, or managed entities.
Is this a registered bank or insurance holding company?
Category listings describe business classifications, not claims of regulatory registration or licensure. Any regulatory status would be verifiable through official registries — never inferred from this Site.
